„Observarea de sine”
A Talk about Knowing Ourselves, Love, and Forgiveness
A Consideration for both men and woman about the power of gentle strength and the need for self-acceptance. This evening’s conversation is about “Feminine” — not about “women” or “a particular woman.” The Feminine we will speak about tonight is the feminine principle in creation—a principle of courage, strength, joy, nurturance, gentleness, body, art, forgiveness and the preservation of Life in all its forms. This Feminine is not limited to biological females, but exists in all genders. Still, both men and women today deny, mistrust and even harm Feminine in themselves and others!
Feminine is what makes Love possible. Without “her”, we all reject, ridicule, and overpower our true nature by aggressive materialism, the need to succeed at the expense of others, and the addiction to immediate comfort. Then, we wonder why we don’t have a friendly regard for ourselves or the world around us. We wonder why we aren’t satisfied. We wonder why “something” doesn’t change.
Join author Regina Sara Ryan for a lively discussion about things we all know, but readily forget—like self-knowledge, love, and forgiveness. Our purpose tonight will be to soften our internal defenses and let Feminine touch us.
REGINA SARA RYAN is the author of many popular books about health and about spiritual life, including The Wellness Workbook, and The Woman Awake. (See www.reginasararyan.com). A frequent visitor to Romania, Regina has been pleased to lead seminars and retreats for both men and women here about topics of importance, such as kindness, generosity and compassion. “… the essence of the Path, the core of existence itself
and the defining element of creation.”
